How early should I book? +

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for weekends and peak wedding seasons. Popular dates fill up fast — WhatsApp us to check availability for your date right now.

Do you travel outside Kuala Lumpur? +

Yes! We cover all of Klang Valley and travel throughout Peninsular Malaysia. A travel surcharge may apply for venues outside KL — contact us for a custom quote.

How long does setup take? +

Our team typically arrives 1.5–2 hours before your event start time. Full setup, including lighting and calibration, takes approximately 45–60 minutes.

Can I customise the photo print design? +

Absolutely. Every package includes a fully custom-designed print template featuring your name, event date, and any branding or aesthetic you love. We'll share a design proof for your approval before the event.

Do you provide instant keychains at the event? +

Yes! Our premium keychain service is printed on-site instantly. Guests can have a luxurious photo keychain as a keepsake within minutes of taking their photo.

What if my venue has limited space? +

No problem. We have modular setups designed for tight spaces. Share your venue floor plan with us and our team will design the perfect layout that maximises guest flow and visual impact.
